8:45        - Symphonic Arrives

9:00        - Symphonic Dress Rehearsal (Sanctuary)

10:00      - Bridgers and Concert arrive 

10:15      - Concert Full Rehearsal/Sectionals as needed

               - Bridgers join Symphonic in dress rehearsal for 2 pieces

11:00       - Symphonic move to chapel

               - Bridgers rejoin Concert Orchestra for Dress Rehearsal (Sanctuary)

11:15      - Training Program arrives and go to their sectional rooms

12:00      - Symphonic released and return for Call time of 3PM (Concert at 3:30)

               - Training Program eats lunch

12:30      - Concert Orchestra eats lunch

               - Training Program Dress Rehearsal

1:00        - Concert/Training BREAK

1:30        - Concert/Training Concert

2:30/45   - Bridgers BREAK (1 Hour)

3:00        - Symphonic Arrives

3:30        - Symphonic Concert
