The Niagara Youth Orchestra is the premier training program for young orchestral musicians aged 7 to 25 in the Niagara region. Our mission is to inspire a love for and understanding of high-quality orchestral music while providing talented youth with opportunities to develop their musical skills.

We offer three programs tailored to different skill levels, from beginner to advanced. Each program features small group instruction with experienced coaches and ensemble performance opportunities.

This season marks the NYO’s 60th anniversary, and we are thrilled to celebrate with a special tour to Austria in July 2025. The orchestra will proudly represent Canada at the Summa Cum Laude International Youth Music Festival in Vienna.
